The Tea Guy

In the ten years since the creation and conception of my first tea lounge in Edmonton, I have seen the specialty loose tea & teahouse industry triple in size. If there ever was a time to get your feet wet in a healthy, fun, age old business, it certainly seems like now would be the time.

My name is Brendan Waye, and I am known as The Teaguy.

The Teaguys site is a portal to a wealth of tea information & knowledge that resides with The Teaguy. My lifelong passion for the leaf is the inspiration for this site.

I volunteer to speak at lots of trade shows, write articles for magazines and do tea talks as often as I can. After building and running 6 tea bars across western Canada, I am now based in Toronto helping Teaopia establish themselves nationwide.
